When you're going ludicrous speeds on a literbike the air is moving extremely quickly over your bike and helmet, this may cause the whistling noise you're experiencing.
It could also be the sound of sirens rapidly fading behind you.

Nice bike,

If it's from the engine, there's an air leak. Either one or more of the boots on the engine side of the injectors is leaking, or one of the plugs for synchronizing the injectors fell off.

in any case, FIX IT NOW. air leaks make motors run lean, which can lead to premature and COMPLETE failure of your motor. find whats making the noise, if its an air leak, dont waste time fix it before you get a holy but not righteous piston.

An easy way to find any type of air leak...whether it be at the air intake or whereever... just spray some brake cleaner (can use WD40 but the BC is cleaner) at the gaskets with the motor running. If the idle speed picks up.. that's your leak!
