I put a little black paint on my swingarm on the SV in a spot that wasn't real visible after it had been scratched, it didn't match real well but it hid the exposed aluminun. What are you trying to hide? It doesn't work too well.

How bad, my rims are slightly scratched...I said f**k it and left em alone. Do you have a show bike or a bike to ride hard? It's going to get scratched.

That was pre-new tire mounted... New tire's mounted, bike's back together, and I put 365 miles on it... I am not freaking out anymore...

I was thinking about using nail polish... This chick at work always wears black nail polish... Should match pretty well and it's free.

That's all you can do man. There is no real powdercoat touch up. Just use the touch up paint.
