screw help...

ok since my license plate was stolen i dont have the screws either....i got pulled over twice yesterday and had to go through the whole story of the stolen plate and show the troopers and officers the new plate in my trunk, luckily they let me off with warnings but i need to know what size screw to use, i have the clymers manual but i cant find it in there...its a 98 honda 900rr if anyone can help please feel free

Go to your closest auto parts store and get a set of Nylon screws and nuts...they wont vibrate loose and make the connection rattle-free...

in the auto parts store/section you will see tag frames etc. the bolts they have there will work fine.

N no no specific size you just dont want them too long

i ended up going to RS strauss and getting ones that use an allen key with a hole in the middle so there is a stud in the middle of the screw so youll need that allen key to open it....it should be ok with my scorpio
