yeah it's probably coolant from the overflow tank... smell it... if it smells sweet it's coolant... it's also extremely slick feeling... if it's coolant clean it up quick you don't want that **** on your tires!

green... is coolant as described above.

While most gasoline is green, I doubt you can see that color of the gas when its on the ground. Besides most people know what gas smells like.

depends on how much you've leaked... TAKE THEM OFF! you don't wanna over heat down the road because you were to lazy to check the coolant now...

besides may help you find out why it's leak'n... you may have (unlikely but not unheard of) cracked the over flow tank or a hose. trust me... on the side of the road isn't where you wanna be second guess'n yourself.

Take them off... and not only check the level... but inspect the hoses/tank and what ever else you think might have caused it...

either way....

depends on the bike... mine.. I can just pop off a side panel and take a look... no more than 15 mins and 5 bolts start to finish. but if I'm inspecting I'd take as long as it takes for me to feel comfortable I found the problem.

Gas is nearly always green. Sometimes darker, sometimes lighter...

I will get a pic when I go back to work of my sampler system running.

Gasoline is a nice light green
Ultra Low Sulfer Diesel is either a similar color or like tennis ball green
Jet & kero are either straw but mostly WW (Water White) aka Clear
High Sulfer or Off-road diesel is purposely died dark red
Propane is clear/WW but only during the time its weathering (turning from liqued to a gas/vapor state)
