'01 Honda CBR 600 F4i Sport - PC35 UK Headlights Adapted 4 Use on Main Land

Hi all,
I need to buy a Head Light (H/L in text below) unit for my (EURO) F Sport, and I am little short with money for a new one.
I just spent 4 hour on web searching for info if it is possible to adjust UK H/L to be used on a Main Land, and I didn't find an answer...
I need to buy H/L, but it looks like there is a deficit on a (used-parts) market these days, and every one I found on e-bay is for UK market.
Now I have gathered some info, and I need some info from you...
1) The easiest way could be just to adjust the horizontal/vertical pointing of left and right hand beam with the adjusting screws.
potential problems:
I am not sure but it might be that UK H/L have also mirrored beams (their High beam is left one and Low is right one OR VICE VERSA) - Just that I suppose wouldn't be a problem if they point right and don't make blind the drivers coming towards) (I don't have to worry about technical inspection - that is not the problem)

2) I found some tutorials on how to install an Angel eyes saying that one should heat the H/L up in an oven and take the glass apart from the casing - now - if I do that I could theoretically switch the reflecting surfaces and glue back the glass.
potential problems:
Most likely the reflecting surfaces are not identical the same and I would most probably just end up with a wrong H/L type and with even less money for a right type...

Any comments and other ideas are highly appreciated...

Thanks in advance and best regards,

So right now, if you shine your headlight at a garage door, the light is triangular-shaped with the high side on the left? And you want to bring it to the right for driving on the right side of the road? I would just use the adjusters to try and bring it to the right. If you do a lot of riding at night, I would get some aftermarket lamps like Piaa and mount them on brackets somewhere.
