new clutch vibrating and making noise?!?!?

I just installed a clutch kit on my 7R, friction plates and springs only. i now have about 150 miles on it, it pulls like a champ, but it seems like there is a vibration and what sounds like valve clatter but not as loud. it completely stops when the clutch is pulled in. does this lack luster desription ring a bell to anyone? do i need to pull the cover back off and recheck the all the plates to ensure tehy are all installed with the right side out? or would that even make the rattle/vibration? could it be improper torque on the springs? or is this something that wont matter? i'd really hate to screw up my tranny. just looking to get some expertise on this being that its my first bike clutch.

yeah, got them all in there. they went right in no spacers needed. i used the Eb clutchkit from indy super bikes. they said they didnt require soaking so i didnt. i really dont think it was vibrating like that when i initially installed it either. just noticed it after the first 100 miles. i was sure to clean off all the glaze from the plates when i put them back in also made sure they went back in the same order they came out. aside from irritation, do you think this will cause any harm? i dont want to mess my bike up.

Sounds like something is loose or a spring is broken... or some little piece of something is still floating in there.

My Honda uses a thrust washer and anti-judder spring next to the pressure plate, and your Kawi should be similar. There's two ways to put them on, but only one correct way. Your clutch is working correctly otherwise, so I would check the manual to see if your washer or spring could be installed incorrectly.
