99 gsxr turnsignal issue

I have a odd issue with a 99 gsxr 600 with the turnsignals. The right signals are not working, the signals them self are good. when i hook them up to the left terminals they light up. But the right have a weak .3 volts going to the bulb. I checked the switch and it is good, I do not see a pinched wires or breaks. If it was a fuse all the signals would be died and if the relay was bad, I don't think any signals would work.

It is the front and the rear are not working, but on the left they are. Has anyone ran into this?

Thanks for the update, far too often people post problems but don't post the solution/outcome.
