whats up folks,
well just finished up my wifes engine swap on her zx6. and if i can explain it. i will ask my question. the shifter doesnt have any tension to it. once you shift. it stays in that position instead of dropping back and being ready to shift again. so you have to play with it in order to get it to up or down shift. the shifter should sit in a "neutral" position and return to that once the shift is complete. when i say "neutral" position i'm talking about the shifter not the trransmission. anybody got an idea if i'm missing a spring from inside the case. when the engine was delivered it was missing the clutch cover. did they loose something from in there??? thanks in advance for any help..
