CARB JETS 99 zx6r

I HAVE A 99 KAWASAKI ZX6R that sat for 4 to 5 years while i was out of country.i had dealership install stage 1 jet kit and muzzy pipe when i bought it in 99.last spring i drained gas and got it going.it ran good all summer then towards the end of the year when i throttled it it dogged out and couldnt get the rpm's up but it idled fine.it seemed like dirty carbs so i now have the carbs torn apart to clean them but im not sure how to clean the tube under the main jet with the 3 pin holes on each side. does that screw out also or do i just clean it as is?i know i should take it someplace but i have had nothing but bad luck so i started working on all my snowmobiles and bikes myself.i have a service repair model but it really doesnt say how to clean certain things.i know carbs just new to this one.any help would be greatly appreciated.i just want to get it cleaned right.oh and by the way it wouldnt even fire this spring
