Bike Sat

This is going to be a simple-ton newbie question.

I have a 2000 Yamaha YZF 600 which sat for two years. No stabilizer in the tank. Obviously not starting. Got a new battery today, but still not starting. What can I do to get it started and get it to the dealer for a tune up? Thanks.

Empty and flush the tank, refill with fresh fuel. Remove the bowls and clean the carbs. Put kill switch on and turn the bike over for short 5 to 7 second runs (get oil moving throughout bike) three or four of them. Turn switch to run and see if it will start. Don't rev the bike, just enough to keep it running until the oil gets warm and all moving parts are coated

Make sure the petcock is placed on "prime" first when you crank it, then switch to "on" or "reserve" , depending on how much gas you refill the tank with.
