I used a siphon blow gun to bleed the system by connecting the siphon hose to the bleeder hit the lever on the blow gun and open the bleeder until it starts to blow out brake fluid and then close the bleeder and let off the blow gun lever. After that a few pumps on the clutch lever and open the bleeder and it was done.

A gravity bleed works too. Just open the cap on top. Fill to over full. Then open bleeder valve. Watch fluid level and never let in drain completely out. It might take a while but should work if not air locked. Then you will have to use a pump.
