Bike jumps forward a little when put in first.

Bike jumps forward a little when put in first gear. I will be at a stop light and i go to bump it into first and it will role forward 6 inches even with the clutch fully pulled to the handle bar.

Also on occasion i cant get it to come out of neutral. and i need to wiggle the bike or role it back or forward a little to get it to engage.

Are these normality's or do i need it looked at?

Clutch cable needs to be adjusted first. There should be only a slight bit of play in leaver when adjusted properly. If cable runs out of adjustment, you may need to replace the cable or the clutch. As for getting it into neutral. Most bikes need a lil effort to change gears while not in motion.
