Need tips on increasing power and speed for Cub bike please

Hi guys,
I do not know whether is this fit in here because it is concerning a Cub bike. I bought a cub bike in Malaysia as shown in below and a few modifications on engine that I havbe done on it.

The results of the modifications
  • [li]Elapse time : 35+sec[/li]
    [li]Distance : 700m to 1km[/li]
    [li]Top Speed : 130km/h [/li]

Modifications on engine
  • [li]Changing the stock's block to lighter racing block[/li]
[li]Changing stock's piston to Larger bore racing piston[/li]
    [li]Changing stock's camshaft to Modified Camshaft[/li]

Other's modifications done
  • [li]Using fuel hose[/li]
[li]stock's plug cable to High Performance Plug Cable (from Stromberg)[/li]
[li]Addin a power booster before the plug cable to increase the plug spark[/li]
    [li]Exhaust - cutted short[/li]

But I still not satisfy with the result, my objective is to archieve
  • [li]160km/h - 170km/h withing 1km[/li]
[li]Elapse time if possible reduce it until 25sec[/li]

So can anyone please advice or teach me on the modification that I should do?

EDIT: Planning

I am thinking of changing these parts shown at below but do not know whether are they help increasing the power and speed or not. What you all think of it? Any comments? Are there any other parts that can be modded to increase speed and power?
  • [li]CDI[/li]
    [li]Lighter Rims[/li]
    [li]Smaller Tyres[/li]
