Help With Charging issue.

Yo Guys, Thanks in advance for any help at all.

I got a honda cbr 600 f3 96' its having trouble charging. I burnt a starter relay and some connections to the regulat/rect , so i replaced the the relay the connections to the regulator , replaced regulator and stator with electro sports products. but im still getting the battery to die after riding.

when testing cold:
idle- 900 to 1200 rpms volts = 12.8 to 12.9
2500 rpms = 14.5
5000 rpms = 13.8 to 14

When fully warmed up
idle - 12.3 to 12.5
2500 rpms = 13.5
5000 rpms = 13.0

I tried leaving the bike idle for like 15 to 20 minutes and will just eventually drain battery and die.

Any thoughts on what i can be missing ?
