1994 CBR F2 Engine Trouble

I just bought this bike from a friend with a little over twenty thousand miles on it. I brought it back from the dealership where I had them put tires, rear wheel bearings and chains and sprockets on the bike as well as a give the bike a full tuneup. I picked the bike up after this was all done and started breaking the tires and everything else in. After about one hundred miles on the highway the bike started to lose power as if it was out of gas. So I pulled over on the side of the road to check things out. The tank still had gas in, the oil level was fine and everything looked ok. So I tried to start the bike up and it wouldn't turn over. Then after about a minute of letting it sit, I hit the ignition, gave it some gas and it fired right up. Their seemed to be a clanking noise that went away within a few seconds. I went straight home and put the bike in the garage and it seemed ok. The next day I walked out to see if it would run. I tried starting the bike up but the engine wouldnt turn over. Then I tried jump starting the bike and it fired up but wouldn't idle. I have some mechanical experience and a few of my friends are mechanics so I would rather try to trouble shoot the bike before I have to take it to the dealership. Any ideas on what it could be? Could the engine be seized? Any good ways of troubleshooting this issue? I would appreciate any and all help.
