repairing a 1978 Yamaha 750 Xs

I bought the bike a couple of years ago, with around 22,000 miles on it, it now has 23,000 miles on it. I am having some issues that I would like to solve on the bike's electrical system. The fuse box has been discontinued by Yamaha for some time, apparently, and the fuse's for the box are next to impossible to find, they are 1" long, I believe, as apposed to 1 and 1/4" long, as most of this type are now. The reason I am looking for fuses and a fuse box is because the Head light fuse went out, and when I removed the fuse from the box, the part of the terminal that holds the fuse snapped off on one side. I have been unable to find just the terminals themselves, nor a similar fuse box, though I think I may be able to.

I was browsing [email protected] [email protected] yesterday and found a sweet little setup that could work as a fuse box, as the fuses that fit this set are the now standard 1 and 1/4", but it probably won't fit in the space where my fusebox is on the bike. My question is: Should I try to find a replacement fusebox that from another bike, (remembering that I cannot find fuses), or replace the broken terminal(s) (the other terminals seem pretty brittle too), or just buy a whole new fuse box set up for the bike and install it with the standard 1 and 1/4" fuses?

Any ideas and/or places to check online or in person would be most helpful!
