PLEASE HELP 03 gsxr 1000

I have a 2003 gsxr 1000 full m4 titanium exhaust, tre mod, [email protected] and a custom map. My problem is that i will be cruising along, go to roll on the throttle real hard and between 5500 to 6500 rpms the bike dies. The tach goes to 0 and then it kicks back in some times it will do this a few times before it quits. some times i have to let off the gas and down shift and get back into it for it to quit.
At first i thought it was a problem with my map. But i had it dynoed and it died on the dyno around 11000 rpms in a 4 gear pull. The fuel curve looked great no dips nice and smooth. The mechanic at the place i got my bike dyno tuned at thought it was probly and electrical short or bad connection some where on the bike. So before i tear my bike down looking for something that isn't there does any one else no what is wrong with my bike. Also i checked the kick stand switch it isn't that. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
