damn

What kind of gear or lack thereof was he wearing to get hurt that bad going 20-25mph. He also traveled a good distance to be going that slow and the muffler gouged a trench into the street at that speed... Hmmmmm...

This has been a concern since Yates broke one in a crash. Owning one of these, I have researched it quit a bit. The breaks are far and few between and always a crash involved. With out being there. I'm guessing there was way more involved with this than what was reported. Maybe even fraud of some sort trying to sue Suzuki for $$$$$$$.

Kawi had the Rim issue with the new Zx10R its first year... quickly resolved, all voluntary and no accidents caused that i ever heard of.

The frame thing does seem weird but i bet the 2006 frame doesnt have a hole for hte horn in it now...

This happened to a local guy. He was compensated with a brand new bike, and a paid off loan. Of course, he wasn't injured in the incident, it broke when he was pulling out of his driveway.
