Gear'd the 06

Well i dropped the fron sprocket one tooth in the from from a 16 to a 15.... Oh yea, What a difference, speedo is off about 3-4 mph at 60. Back to the man its nice i like it. With a the intake exhaust and that it is a big difference. The PowerCommander is comming soon enough. How much of a difference? Well its faster than an 06 gsxr750 through 1st and 2nd he comes back on me in third....2nd gear i use to have to clutch it about 9k to do a sitdown. Now i just have to let off and stab it about 9 and wham its in your face. Well i like the change so far. Well its late i can elaborate more later but not right now.

I got more of a seat of the pants improvement from a TRE than my PCIII on my Gixxer. I'm sure the same applies to other bikes.

Well i would do a TRE but i have a gear indicator, yes i know that they make TRE's with a gear indicator but i want to keep the stock one. The only ones i have found have an external gear indicator.

i just geared my 04...1 down up front and 2 up in the rear, much more low end torque and a crisper throttle response, great setup

Yeah. He was trying to convince me to do the gearing change now instead of waiting for my chain to wear out.

I'm in no rush to gear my bike anyway. I'd rather get my exhaust before anything right now. I'm not really bummed about going, just bummed about leaving my girl behind for a year.
