They do indeed make aftermarket lowers for it. Take a look at Trip's bike. His is killer.

questions about the suzuki SV650s

I was looking at all these naked bikes and what i was wondering is do they make aftermarket lower fairings for these bikes? Because I wouldnt mind having one of these bikes, but i just hate the look of the naked bikes.

It's in winter modification right now. I decided to keep it for a few seasons, so I am going to do some cheap suspension mods (new fork springs/oil and the gsxr 1000 shock i got) and add a little color to it. Maybe throw in some new sprockets as well.

svrider.com is a great place to look for info on this bike, pulsar. They got a lot of good looking SVs on there, including naked ones that will just blow your mind how sweet they look.

if i got the sv650 not the sv650s would i be able to put a gixxer 600 nose and lower fairing on it? and would that just be a bolt on thing or would i have to modify it some?

you would have to do some modification. I have heard of people tie wrapping it on. The SV650 and SV650S are geared different, so you might would want to do a sprocket change out as well. I plan on doing that myself soon.

sure did. It had the 00-03 GSXR 750 fairings on it with the GSXR fairing stay also.

Hey bird, did you have a sv650 or the sv650s? Also did you do put the fairings on yourself? If so howd you do it and was it hard?
