What kind of headlights do I have

What kind of headlight are in my 01 Gixxer 750.... I am looking into getting an HID kit so I need to know what kind of light I have for a low beam

one that is dimmer than your high beam!

I'm not sure... probably a H4. Your owners manual will tell you!

You have an H7 bulb. 12v, 55w.

Thankyou... has anyone used an HID kit on one of these bikes... If so does it light up the road ( does it scatter just right or is it too focused to high too low) and do you have pics of the install and where did you mount the ballasts.

think since you have the H7's its a simple bulb swap. Some one please correct me if I am wrong. With the H4's theres a conversion kit, its like $120. And theres always the xeon bulbs (I've installed these). The xeon bulbs are brighter than a reg H4 n give off that blue hue or other colors too.

I want HIDs you can not beat the light output of HIDs with a halogen... Is there a way to adjust the light to aim it better if it needs to be aimed.
