You are running very rich. That's very normal. You need to have a custom map done to get it perfect. As far as the lights not coming on... Are you sure the TPS(Throttle Position Sensor) wire is connected properly? With the bike running, hook up your lap top, open the Power Commander program watch the throttle position percentage increase as you give it more throttle. If it moves with the throttle input, then you have the TPS hooked up right.

Yes I hooked it up right. I had to pull the bike in the house to check it but I did. I am gonna try a different map.
