My New K8 Busa

Ladies & Gents..Allow me to introduce to you my new addition..the SUZUKI HAYABUSA 2008. Picked it up last nite with the Wife.

FIRST IMPRESSION
DAYM!
I have ridden alot of bikes,,nothing prepared me for what i embarked on today. I just cannot understand it,,my mind is still boggeled.
The handling of this 215kg bike blew my mind away..it made my K6 gixxer and the Zx10R that i ride something historic! how did they do that? im still thinking WTF!!!? it was pure sex to ride that home. My friends waiting here for my arrival, 2 bikers..took it for a spin and they came back speechless. How they hell did they do that?
I dont know what the power is like yet but the brakes are spot on front and rear.
The new dash is easily visable from the riding postion..i loved it..im glad i waited and got it! Cant wait to ride it again

If you think the new Busa won't handle race one in the twisties against a mid 90's ZX11 or GSXR1100. Heck even try it against a CBR1100XX or ZX12. I bet it will change your mind...

Oh wow, what a fair race! Yes, race it against something that is a decade older than it is!

That's like saying "Race a C7 Corvette against a C5, I bet the C7 will win!!!"

I'm saying before you say something "don't handle" at least have a point of reference. None of you young punks remember really bad handling bikes...

Have you watched his videos?

Yes, Joe did ride his busa at the rally and did a mighty fine job of it coming from where he rides.

Its also going to eat most liter bikes on a track with any sort of longer straights. The corner speed isn;t that far off, and the top end will put them to shame. And your 600 on that same track? Smoked.

I like it. Kinda in a custom car, chopped, dropped, scalloped, and frenched kinda way. I liked the looks of the original too. But bottom line is only the poser factor that has turned public opinion against the 'Busa styling.

We have seen way too many overdone, bolt on, stretched and lowered, chromed out bling mo-Busas than we can stomach.

And like Pickle'o'Doom said if it can find any open space to get the throttle opened...Your 600 is doomed!

Not mine.

I know what you meant though.

*edit* Oh wait...you said C7 not C6...hummm...that's different...I'll have to check into that.
