Intuition should have told him any car getting off the ramp would most likely swerve right rather then left. Not to mention he should have hit an exit much earlier- it would have given the cops ahead less time to coordinate a road block... once the cop cars are out of site from behind- CHANGE DIRECTION... but as far as the helicopter- ??? sure he never even knew it was on him. Maybe he was headed to the nearest mall??? Anyway- glad he walked away.

That wreck was jacked up!! In the slowmo you see him slide the rear out as he locked up the brake. Makes me think he wasn't even using the front brake.

alot of people that dont know how to ride are afraid of their front break because the take their experiances from squeezing it hard on their bicycle

coming from a racing background in cycling, all your braking is done with the front brake. the rear brake is to control speed in turns, or when there is a slick/sandy section that you think might wash the front out.

its more dirtbikers I know that shun the front brake...my roommate told me "man don't even use teh front brake it will flip you right over" (dirtbiker)

I dont mean a bike racer i mean as a kid when you yank on the front brake and fly over your handle bars. It shys people away from it at an early age. Ive laughed my ass off to many times as a kid watching other kids do it

1st of all, that music was freaking horrible, I would've preferred to hear children crying.

2nd of all

He got JACKED UP!! So lucky to be alive/walking after that. The front facing, car rear end, triple cartwheel is hard to pull off.

Anybody know if the bike was stolen or anything?

From the looks of it and the idea that all the gear fit him like a glove, highly unlikely. He actually wasn't being chased, I believe from the communications between the chopper crew and the police in the end it was a news broadcast chopper, they seen the guy going for a 160mph cruise down the interstate, called the police, and followed him.

dog gone helos

Wonder why he wasn't in the fast lane? I've known people to out run the cops, but never heard of anyone out running a helicopter. I figure the only way to do that is that you have to coordinate a get away like them cops and helos coordinate a method of catching you.
