A V-Rod Ride Vid Over Juniper Pass, Colorado

Just to mess with you , a four minute helmet cam ride on a cruiser with an appropriate tune accompanying. The destination is lunch in a small town, but darn it, a mountain pass is in the way.

A ride over Juniper Pass to lunch - streaming video

Along the way, two pics. At the pass...

On the descent, pausing at Echo Lake below the sister peaks of Mt. Evans...

I bet you terrorize those roads with your MV Augusta, eh?

p.s. what type of camera do you use? All of your pictures come out phenomenally.

Thanks everyone, ceo... A fun vid, a fun road, and just FWIW, that H-D can scoot . Most of the time I use a Sony DSC-M2 5mp camera. Bought it because it can fold into a jacket pocket easily, and it has a killer movie mode (Recorded 13 Alps videos with it). It sometimes washes out the sky, and perhaps this is because it is getting old, but I keep it around for its fine form factor and other features. May upgrade next year.

That's a good camera. I have a DSC-T7 which is a 5.1MP and is EXTREMELY compact.

It just seemed like a lot of your pictures were extremely crisp... maybe that is just because of your amazing scenery and ideal lighting coniditions out there though!!

Nice vid of coarse sfarson.

I love how you always park on the no parking yellow curb.

Also, is that the same pass of a previous vid. I know the town sure looks like its the same.

Yes indeed it is Chris. Same pass and town. Good memory! Yeah, they let me park there. Parking is at a premium downtown and me using that spot frees up a space for a veeehickle.

Yeah man... I've told you I love your vids. If I ever make it out to Colorado you, me, and No Worries all have to get in some riding.

Maybe, but I would note much of Michigan, is simply beautiful. The autumns are drop dead gorgeous. Lakes everywhere. The coasts magical imo. My wife and I would ride an '82 Honda V45 Sabre all over the state. Many great memories... like the ride across the Mackinaw Bridge to the U.P. Yee ha!
