Both at fault...

You really shouldn't try a stoppie after going around a curve w/someone behind you.

BUT

If you hit someone (bike or not) you need to stop and take care of it.

Stoppie on a blind curve...
SUV would not have been at fault but now it's a felony hit and run.

all they have to do is get the tag from the SUV, not show the cops the video.

I was involved in a hit n run once and called the police, thought i was going to get the big bucks, but they caught the guy who did it a few hours later, and his wife was driving then so she falsely admited to hitting me and they said that since she did, it wasn't a hit and run!! I was pissed, but they got those fukrz for posesion of krak!!! so they still got theirs!

THE POINT OF THE STORY IS I GOT SKREWED BY COPS AND DRIVER!!!!!

yea i dont get it, admission after the fact does not undo the fact that you still hit somebody, and then... ran. once you go you're gone and its an offense.

if you hit somebody, cause damage or injury, and do not exchange information at that point in time it is consdiered a hit and run offense. you either got hosed or are oblivious to driving laws.
