My fender eliminater is installed!! (pics)

It was super easy to install. This is the second one I have purchased from this company and I'm even more happy with this one. It does pivot in case you don't want someone to see the plate The LED strip works real good too. I just wish I had a plate.

Thanks. I got the bigger tag held on with screws so it shouldn't bend or anything. We'll see.

Some more pics

Here's some more pics. The thing looks real nice now. The tank pad looks orange in some spots, but it's not. it actually matches pretty good.

I don't know if I am a fan of that R6 plate that hangs down off of it. The rest of the plate cleans it up a lot though.

If you saw it in person you'd like it. it doesn't block the plate in any way or anything like that.

I didn't think it would block the plate, I am just not a fan of it.

Did you say you had to cut to get one of the sliders to fit on it?

If I get the no-cuts I don't have to cut, obviously. But I kinda don't want to go that route because of what happened when i went down. So I would have to drill (a little) on the left side.

I plan on buying a seat cowl, and it's pointless to have pegs on it. But I can put 'em on quick in case I want my girl to go for a ride with me. Like tonight, we're going to dinner on it. They're easier to take off/put on than my '04.

I just leave mine on....i've never used them on the R1 yet...and I don't plan on it. The solo cowl stays on at all times!

Find a custom hanger on Ebay and take your pegs off. It'll look way better. They're fairly cheap too.
