Exhaust is a no brainer... Generally gives you HP increases, sounds better, and saves weight... Go for it...

Get a slip-on instead of a full exhaust. You'll still cut alot of weight and saves tons of cash.

With the cats on the new bikes, it does shed a few pounds. Keep in mind that YOU WILL NEED a PCIII to go with a full system. You can get buy with a slip-on and no tuning to get the sound.
