Muzzy full ti exhaust for ZX-14.

I finally ordered the full titanium system from Muzzy's for my 14. I ordered it with the carbon can. I also purchased the PCIII to power it. The bike is already crazy fast. I can't wait to feel what its like with an extra 10 or more HP and 30 less pounds.

It may be a couple weeks before I have it as the folks at Muzzy's need to contruct it and then ship it. I'll be sure to give a ride report and post some pics once its done.

That is AWESOME! Bring some pics for sure!

Are you going to get a custom map for it?

or

At least some dyno numbers?

I plan on just downloading the preset full Muzzy map for now.

I expect RWHP to be between 180 and 190.

I picked up my pipe today and installed it. Its amazing how light the entire system is, while the stock system weighs a ton. One stock can is is considerably heavier than the entire Muzzy system. I'm going to hook up the PCIII and then refit the fairings tomorrow. Removing the fairings on this bike was surprisingly difficult. I'm not looking forward to refitting them. Too many tabs and pieces.

New exhaust installed.

I finally installed my exhaust and took a few pics. I also installed a PCIII. It runs and sounds awesome!

The weighed the stock system and it was 44lbs! This full ti system weighs about 8lbs. You can really feel the lost weight around corners.

Muzzy makes some great quality stuff. I now need to find a nice aftermarket exhaust hanger. I'm having a hard time with that since this is the bike's first year.

There's a company out of South Florida called Epic Powdercoating. Farily new company, but our local Cycle Gear can order their stuff (they do either black powdercoat or chrome -- exhaust hangers, rear sets, chain gaurds, etc....). I just got the exhaust bracket for my ZX6R, but haven't installed it yet. I'll post up pics once I do, and try to get you the # for them.

Looks good. That tire looks so small compared to the tail section.
