Finally ditched the mudflap

I have had this 01 Gixxer 750 for about 3 months now and the stock mud flap has just finally got really got to me so it had to go... I designed a template and had Scorpion (AKA Giancarlo) cut it with a CNC router, at work of course. Everything got pulled tight to the tail like it should be and the stock directionals which I personally like so no flush mounts here go with the flow of the bike. Here are some before and afters

Before

After

alright everone now mark out to how cool i am

Looks good dude

You do that yesterday when you got home?

I would throw some short stalks front and rear if I were you ... like the ones I have in the back.

I'm gonna put my proton flushies on today.

Looks alot better, dunno why they put them on in the first place. Sport bikes aren't known for their offroading capabilities except for those used in torque

Aprilias and Triumphs are magical on train tracks.

Anyone know if there's actually laws against modifying your mudflaps? I thought I heard that removing them from your back tires on a car was technically illegal in california.

I don't know about CA, but I asked the guy that did my inspection yesterday (PA). He said as long as you have the plate and some kind of signals, you're good.
