Taillights/undertail with Hotbodies Race Tail

I'm having an afterthought guys...... I've ordered the race tail from Hotbodies for my 2000 R6, and it was some time after that that I realized I didn't know how hard it would be to match this thing up with an undertail, or any taillights at all for that matter.

Does anybody out there have any experience with this conundrum?

Is the tail really close to the factory one except for the top where the seat was?

These would have been great things to think of BEFORE buying this tail, but now I have to make due with what I have (plus it's gonna look really cool).

Any feedback is apprectiate!!

Any idea how the under-side of the piece will compare to the stock unit?

A lot of hot bodies stuff has fitment problems and you have to work it into it.

Haha I guess you have a point there......... Maybe it won't be so bad--As long as that tail matches up (even with a little bit of love), I will hopefully be able to make something nice out of it. I think I'll just take my time, and break out the trusty old Dremel if need be, and do something totally unique, rather than just throwing it on there. I guess we'll have to wait until it gets here to see how it's shaped and all that horse-happy crap.
