scorpio alarm questions...

i have a few questions about the scorpio alarm, i just hooked mine up friday...

first, how good are your guys perimiter? mine seems to only start beep once you get about a foot away from THE BACK of the bike, you can dance around up front all day and it dont go off?

second, is there anyway to set the clock on the remote to 12 hour not 24 hour?

and last, is there a way to make the alarm go off longer? if it is set off it ony goes off for about5 seconds, which is kinda weird if ya ask me???

thanks guys

Read the instruction booklet on how to change the time. I don't remember.

On the alarm length as well as changing the alarm sound itself... hit the side button twice... then step over to the speaker button then press the #1 button to go thru and change it all. This is explained very clearly in your instructions.

As far as the perimeter... my forward perimeter isn't that good either, I think its the metal gas tanks that inflict its effectiveness...I got more protection in the front by turning up the sensativity... but then the rear and side protection was stupid far out... nobody could get wth in like 8 feet of the bike...

totally depends on the state laws

That's like that one news article where that old farmer held the rober at gun point till the cops arrive. When they did.. they arrived they arrest both. Rober for robery. But the farmer for holding the rober got charged with holding a person against their will or some ****. I think the charges are straight against our right for citizens arrest. And I would do the same and go to jail with my head held high.
