one question-are you modding an original or aftermarket piece, or are you making a whole new piece from scratch?

I also own Windsurf Ohio on the shores of Lake erie; I've been doing custom fabrication for over twenty five years. I make my own custom EPOXY MUD and it can be chromed. We take factory ABS plastic and sculpt it out.

The owner of the Shark paid us $6000 and the Gatling gun was $1500.
I made him pay everything up front because he lives in Singapore. He is showing the bike in Singapore in November. We really went out on that project; all the mounts inside the fairing were really beefed up and the plastic was built up at least 1/2 inch. People don't realize it doesn't take that much
3D to make your ride look good its the the painter that really makes it come alive and it can't be taped off it must free hand airbrushed. When we do any project it is flawless in epoxy primer ready for the base coat; we have fired eight painters already, but we do have two great painters now.
