Filling in holes in plastic

I've got a 1997 GSXR and I want to do my own turn signals in the plastics. I don't really like the so called flush mounts out there. Does anyone know what to use to fill the holes as far as an epoxy or plastic glue that is out there? I do autobody on cars and have an idea of what I can use but thought that someone else might have done this before and could save me the headache of doing it wrong. Thanks, Rev
