very highly doubt it, the Zx10R runs the 6" rim to the 6's 5.5. You may be able to make it work, but be ready to need a lot of perfectly made spacers for both the rim and your brake rotors to make things fit properly and not go through a lot of parts like pads and have a unsafe bike.... The zx10R swingarm isnt gonna give you any noticalbe performance gain unless your name is Roger Lee Hayden. Youd get a lot more bang for the buck with race weight rims.

The new ones for the 6 and the 10 are both great quality, youd prob be best off and less fitment issues with the newest 6's arm. Not a lot of 6-10 parts are straight swaps, the 6 uses different spacers on almost everything due to the wheel width diff. the 10s arms inner dimentions are different. It truely takes a AMAZING rider to really fele the difference in the swingarm when you are talking about 2 minorly different high quality arms to start with. Youd get more obvious and easy to use results by getting lighter rims or getting your susepnsion revalved and sprung and tuned for your own riding and weight more then minor changes in chasis rigidity on a already VERY rigid bike set up.

You'd probably have an easier time (and cost less) to have Fabrication Techniques make one for you.
