And this **** sucks...


really really REALLY SUCKS!!



So tomorrow after my math class I will be wet sanding that side and re-clearing it.

Update!

After wet sanding the runs, cutting thru the clear n base coat, goin n getting paint mixed, wet sanding the whole thing down with 800, dusting in the spots where I cut thru at, and finally reclearing it all, ITS DONE!!. I will install it tomorrow after letting it cure overnight.

SWEET!!! I can appreciate how much work that was, I have done several paint jobs myself and its always right at the end ya get messed up...but i prefer wet sanding over dry any day!!!

It looks a little off. Either you went a little thin on the paint or it wasnt mixed right... I swear I see some primer poking through. Other than that good for a DIY project.

I havent seen any primer showing thru, but it is lighter on the under edges of the tail itself. I think it was a combo of the two, that and I havent touched a spray gun in almost 20 years
