I ordered some simple red star decals...I am going to figure out a design when I get them. Probably just a line of stars following the gray stripe but we'll see.

I really want to get rid of the blue windscreen but I don't feel like spending the $65 right now.

Heated the decals with the hair dryer on low and peeled them off...then used Goo-Gone to remove the glue. It was a pain in the butt! The Goo-Gone Gel works much better than the regular stuff!

Your bike looks great. It looks a lot newer just by removing the old stripe decals. Good job! Don't forget to update us when the new decals get slapped on!

Huge improvement! I'd run it as-is.

Those stripes really made it look like an 80s bike.

I want to add something on the bike to makes it "me" and red stars are all me! I cannot do plain...it has to have color!
