Need help with plastics!!!

Hello i am new to this sight and i really need help. Last year bought my first bike, a 99 ninja 500r, a great begginer bike but not the prettiest thing to look at. I love the bike it perfect for me but where can i get custom plastics and is there a way to fit another bikes plastics to my bike, for example putting a 600's plastics on my 500??? Thanks for the help

Try Airtech they have a lot of different fairings and may be able to help you with brackets etc. to fit other fairings to your 500.

Yes this is very possible to do, I custom fit 00-03 fairings and an 05 gsxr tail section to my cbr600f2. It takes a bit of fabrication in most cases but is quite rewarding. As for improving looks in the mean time you can do a quick paint job using spray paint. If you do it in the right enviroment you can get something that looks almsot factory, and completely custom. Really it depends on your price range. How much are you willing to spend to make your bike look the way you want? Also do you have any pics?
