Installing taillight with integrated signals

I'm trying to install a taillight with integrated turn signals that I bought on amazon. The link is The picture that shows what I'm having trouble with is the 3rd one.

Basically, the problem I'm having is that my bike doesn't seem to have the single hookup for turn brake light/running light. The diagram shows that you're supposed to hookup 2 wires, 1 for each signal. These 2 wires were not hooked up to my previous taillight system because it had no signals. Those 2 cables hookup just fine. The problem is that in the old taillight there were just 3 straight plugs and on the new system it's consolidated in the 1 triangle shaped adapter which my bike does not have.

Does anyone know what I'm talking about or where I can buy this adapter? I've tried searching for it but I don't honestly know what it's called. I've thought about just splicing it and bypassing this but I don't want to lose the pulse feature of the taillight and I'm pretty sure that might be in this plug. I know I'm not great at explaining things so please ask if you have any idea about what I'm talking about. Thanks!
