Headlight bulbs

Has anyone used yellow bulbs? I am trying to decide if I want the hyper whites or yellow.

I just dropped my bike off at the shop today for a HID conversion. I'll be gettin it back tomorrow and I'll be posting pics if you'd like to see how it turned out. I got my kit from www.xenonking.com it's the most reasonable pricing i've found and i researched this for days on end.

I use Xtreme Whites made by Pilot. They are the closest things to a HID conversion in my opinion. They go for $42 each and give a crisp white color. I used to use one white and one blue but the Xtreme Whites rule.

I have a thing for yellow HID's.... If you've ever driven a car with yellow HIDs its amazing... none of this xenon yellow bullsh1t... the real yellow hid's... the car i drove was a Lexus GS with the Phillips kit on it... they make everything so crisp and sharp and detailed on the road its amazing.

I'm not sure how many of you are gun enthusiasts, but if you've ever tried the yellow glasses for eye protection on the range, it makes everything crystal clear and sharp, as does the yellow light at night... something about that color spectrum.

There was another thread on here... i think it was starry nights about his new HID conversion. Still waitin on pics!! I linked up to a good article on HIDs and proper installation. the installation is the most important part of the conversion....

best of luck, and keep us posted

Opiate04i has some super brite lights on his bike...I always know where he is in traffic if he is behind me...I'd like to put some on the Bee.

What about amp and charging problems? I know motorcycle alternators are not the strongest out there??

When you buy a conversion kit it comes with a ballast so that takes care of the weak alternator problem.
