it would be who ever's house it is... because they can't prove possesion to the kid or either parent... I would think it comes down to the homeowners or who ever is on the lease's responsibility...


then again re-reading it... who did they suspect when they raided the house? the kid or the parents? I'm sure they'd wrap the charges up with that person
