2006 R6 Power Commander question...

I just purchased the Akrapovic slip on ( not installed yet ) and I was wondering if there is a NOTICEABLE difference with the Power Commander installed. I ask this question because my buddy says he does NOT notice much difference and it was a waste of money. Does anyone have an opinion about the Power Commander?

With the '06 and just a slip-on, there won't be too much of a difference because that big ass catalyic converter will still be there. Start thinking about a power commander when you get the full system. A lot less restriction and an adjustment will have to be made. And it's for the better too. That's why I'm saving for the full system and a PC. Then I'm gonna get the PC tuned on a dyno to get the max out of it.
