What do you think of this R1?

I found this while surfing eBay for replacement parts for my R6 (small accident). But it's a decent R1. Opinions???

Price price price. Mods aside, i wouldnt pay much more than blue book myself. The bike looks good though, the four exhaust tips are awesome. any more pics?
