Toss in some stabil, put 'em up on stands, slap on the battery tender, and bitch about the cold for about 5 months

Even though I don't live in FL just yet, is it ok that I voted for, "what's winter?"

I dont have a battery tender, I have a battery charger... should I just pull the battery and leave it inside and then charge it in the spring?

Your battery charger probably has a trickle option... It'll do just fine...

If the roads are clear and free from ice I will go for a ride. Depending on the temp depends on how far tho!

Yea you guys in the South East got it pretty freakin bad!!!! Here we had so much freakin rain, it was unbelievable, and we usually have days where 100's are a norm here but we only had a handful if that.

I answered I "Winter Ride" but I suppose "what's winter" would have been the more appropriate answer.

Although I think this year I am going to run it dry on gas instead of using stabil.

When I didn't have my own garage I winterized...now I don't. Being in NC...winter isn't usually that bad so I'll ride even if it's just enough to keep the battery charged...tires from flat spotting...and fuel fresh.

I do winterize my boat and store it for the winter but that's just about it.

I ride year round. Even in Arkansas though you get pretty chilled in the mornings. I have a winter Road Gear suit and it works wonders on a 15-20 degree day!
