if i can swing it... next year I'll be coming from either Fargo or Sturgis... depending on if I let my girl ride my bike while I'm gone.
Hey Ebbs, if you go down from Fargo, you planning on riding or hauling?
I was looking at going, and trailering the bikes down. Maybe we could hook up and head out together.

if I go... I'm DEFINATLY RIDING! it'd be on my midtour leave so it'd be my only time I'd get to ride next year... so yeah... I'd be RIDING don't care what f'n weather!

but even if you wanna trailer yours I'd be down to ride down with ya... not looking to break any speed records getting there anyhow... and I could always throw an extra set of tires in your truck if ya didn't mind...

but this is all a HUGE MAYBE right now... I haven't even made it to my new base

its easier for me to just quote and reply versus going back and forth...I know its kills my counts, but sometimes expediency is the best road!

Yeah, I hear that, I'm a maybe too, depends on what next year brings me.
As for now, I figure if I went I'd be trailering, 1250 miles is a LONG way on a SB, and I don't feel a need to get the iron butt award quite yet. Also, if I trailer, it makes it easier to bring along things like stands, tool boxes, parts etc, as well as the luggage etc if the gf comes too.

But yeah, if we both end up going, you are more than welcome to throw extra rubber and whatever else you need in the truck!
