Rally Awards

My take:

Coast Racing Winner: drewpy/NTS tied because we aren't sure, NTS had the win but apparently braked before the bridge and drewpy said he passed him. Next year we need someone at the bottom to determine this...

NTS Award aka craziest moment of the rally award: NTS obviously won this one...
Was created and one uped. Fully explained in these two threads:
Creation - https://www.twowheelforum.com/showthread.php?t=18640
One uped - https://www.twowheelforum.com/showthread.php?t=18646

Drewpy Award aka the crash award: Drewpy...
Drewpy doesn't get an award because he was the first, but if we ever have a crash again, a piece of the bike is passed on to the next winner. Hope this award is never used again...
thread: https://www.twowheelforum.com/showthread.php?t=18588

Best in Show Award: NYRican
No contest, that Aprilia RSV was sweeeeeeeeeeeeetttttt.

Most Improved Rider Award: YBSlow/Psychochild

Iron Butt Award aka longest distance two wheeled into the rally: fpzx10, he was the only one that truly had a ride in...

I am going to be vain and make my own award. I had planned to do this at the rally, but forgot without a lot of other things. I definitely deserve the forgetful award if we had one. This one is for positive impact, safe riding, and just general enjoyment to have around at the rally, which is kinda ironic since I am the exact opposite a lot.

The Trip Award: RaeRR
Original plan was to give a t-shirt for this award, but Rae already has one. I will have to think of something else to send ya Rae. This was a really hard one to choose. There was a couple close tied for seconds, but I think Rae pulled ahead of the pack. She said she wasn't morning person but was out there for every pancake run even though I kept making them earlier and earlier every morning. She improved nicely throughout the weekend with her riding and was always on the right side of the double yellow. She made it through the bug storm and rode in the rain to try and get her bike dynoed. Setup the cookout and got a lot organized and deserves a good round of applause for all her work to make the rally as enjoyable as it was.

Rae, you got any awards you want to add to this?

I would like to give the "250" crew an award for being so determind to take on the dragon. These lady's did a great job at riding their own pace. Great job psychochild and YBSlow.

ah well, maybe next year we can think of more. I think the couple we have is pretty good for this year. We still need to choose a most improved rider, I nominate jenna or maudi? spelling??

Yes, NTS was not the only one busted on the side of the road for peeing.

Refer to my R1up0n1's Gap Rally thread to see the full version and Chad's caption.

I guess i was the quietist... Thatís usually not the case. Although, I didnít get as much face time with the group as R1 and Chad so thatís my defense!
