is it worth $125?

so i am thinking real hard about picking this mod up for my big yellow vibrator aka street rod. it's a custom designed gauge background. the guy wants $125 for it. it would be the 1st mod for the harley. i don't really have any plans for it other than getting a mini sissy bar/fender base plate for it. other than that i am pretty content with it the way it is. what do y'all think. i think it's hot!!

i don't know how that exactly works but isnt it just a piece of paper put on the guages? seems to me like $125 is way too much.
