You can save yourself a bunch of money if you put together your own. Those kits are always expensive and have some tools that you don't need. |

Anyway that kit I am talking about is a sticky rubbery plug that you put in the nail hole and the C02 is what you use to air the tire back up. It isn't fix-a-flat or slime by no means. I carry a pack under my seat at all times. Here is a pic of a similar kit. It is pretty compact also so it doesn't take up too much room.

At least you have SOMEONE to go and have a good time with. I think it is great to have one person especially to share your adventures on when you go out for a road trip or something like that. I'm lucky that I have my boy to do that with. It gets hard to take fotos of yourself all the time! (especially when you ride) It's hard to find anyone from around here in Des Moines Iowa on the board. One person messaged me about being from Iowa, but all my friends go (or used to before it got sold) onto another board, but that board is BAAAD! |

lol, i dont mind at all. when i do wanna road trip i go w/ my dads friend. hes a real out there guy, but a hell of a rider. better than me by far. He gets his 92 zx11r (with full givi saddle bags) around twisties faster than i can... im always playin catchup. I like goin w/ him cause we stop and take goofy picks and can enjoy the ride. I posted a slideshow about a month ago that still makes me crack up when i look at the pics. There are ohio people around here, but they are in whole other parts of the state. bummer. |

I say downtown due to all the parking lots that you can jump around to if the cops are out..plus a lot of places to ride down alleyways and such also down there. I know of a few good other places too, but I'd have to be with to show.
It would be cool if we could meet up so I could show ya some of the awesome spots around here! It is really fun especially at nite on a friday or saturday nite. ![]() Havent met anybody cool to ride with in these parts. |

kolomian | Haha - I had something like that happen too. I stopped by a Jack in the Box for a sandwich and when i came back out to my bike I noticed a HUGE rusted nail sticking out of the back tire. I was about 15 miles away from my local repair shop, so i jumped on it and SUPER SLOWLY made it back - this is highway travel, of course. The entire way i was in a cold sweat... no joke.. expecting the tire to go any minute. Plus, this was a week-old Pilot Power tire, so i wasn't exactly a happy camper. We yanked the nail and turn out it didn't penetrate deep enough to hit the air... whew! |
