Here's my bike, 2003 GSXR -1,000,000 !!!! Has around 12,200 miles. The mods I plan for next season are a stiffer spring in back and possibly a dyno tune.

It's brisk, like lipton iced tea spiked with jager.
Love the carbon work good job

2wheels4me That green in the tire pattern is pretty wild.....not sure of anything that would last too longthere though and have to wonder how that effects the tires, etc....just a thought

Mostly my area, we are surrounded by mountains. Now down in Atlanta you see alot of bikes like yours, tho most of the owners of said bikes ride like snails in any sort of turn.

I personally dont like the look, I like the custom paint etc, just not the fat tire, stretched, lowered stuff on a sportbike. I think it looks fine on a chopper tho

And around here, you only see bikes like yours sitting with posers on them or with a LONG line of bikers/cars/trucks behind them waiting for their slowasses to get out of the f*cking way.

Hey! Good for them!!! Now, tell them how much more fun the ride would be if they DIDN'T do some of those mods... how much better the bike would handle. If they think they're having fun NOW, WOW... just think about the possibilities of a bike allowed to perform as it was designed to!!!

I know more people around here that log more miles on extended swingarms and/or fat tire kits than I do people with stock swingarms. Hell my buddy's 06 Busa has over 10k miles and it's NEVER had a stock size tire/swingarm...he bought it new and immediately had a 14" 300 kit put on with 0 miles on the bike...then got a 18" 300 kit, and now it's getting a 19" 360 and he is still gonna ride it 3-4 days per week minimum....everything on the bike is chrome(frame and some plastic pieces included) and he rides it more than 90% of the people I know with motorcycles. Does he go canyon carving with it? Of course not. Does Michael Andretti drag race a open wheel Formula 1 car? Nope. Does a collector take his 1969 COPO ZL-1 out to go canyon carving OR drag racing? Noooope.

Some things are built for the owner's personal purposes. It trips me out when people hate on each other's own likes...I don't pick on dudes who want to go to VIR on track days, I don't pick on guys who like to drag race, I don't pick on guys that just like clean looking bikes with or without extended swingarms or fat tires. As long as you're enjoyin' 2 wheels, you get my respect.

I'll make sure to post up my bike when I get done with the current round of mods for ya'll to hate on, and also how many miles I start and end with this year, too. [/QUOT[/SIZE]

Thanks for the comps. and yes its my everyday rider I have ridden it to california and back. its a rider by all means. as far as the "chopper" thing is extinct, this aint a chopper, and your going to see more sport bikes being custom built in the next 3-5 years and man what i dont get especially in the sport bike community is all the haters. sport bikes guys have a bad enough rap in the riding community and to dog on guys who want to customize and take it to the next level, i mean come on guys and true i dont tear up the twisties, but i have never done that anyway, i like cruising and occasionally stomping down on it and yes its been over 200 mph. anway, thanks for the comps and for the haters...

Is it simply a hangover from the custom chopper thing which I also don't get. Obiously has advantages when competing in drag racing or hill climbs but on a show bike its like putting 33inch mud pluggers and a tow bar on a corvette (now people no need for pics I'm sure someone has done it somewhere). Yes it can be done but why?

To your credit you are simply not regurgitation the HD chopper thing which has been done to extinction.
