To fix that, you would want to suspend your bike, but if you can't you can still try this (this happened to my SV once).

Loosen all the pinch bolts on the triples that hold the forks, there should be three for each fork (two on each lower triple, 1 on the upper). After loosening them all, just tighten them all back to factory specs (tq. can be found in your owners manual.)

If that doesn't fix the problem, you will wanna adjust your right clip on. I can tell where you wrecked it from the pic, which is why I asked about the right side.
alright thanx man ill have to check it out once the weather gets alittle nicer

02GSXXR but its not the actual handlebars that seem tweaked it seems like the triple tree clamp is whats pushed to the right where the key goes it looks the little arrow right in the pictures looks like it just a hair off to the right or maybe i just dont know how to explain so i tried to show what am talkin about in the picture with paint
if the Red line is when am going straight while driving now i need to get it to where the yellow line is

take the lowers off n use a jack w/ a board on it. Make sure the bike is secure in a rear stand or have sum1 hold it. If it is just tweaked in the triple, its not worth taking it to the shop for. If ya had a stand or a racket strap n umm rafters in the ceiling even, just need to get the weight off the front so when you loosen it it can 'spring back in space per say. If doin this doesnt fix it then I would take it to a shop n have em look at it cuz then it could be a bent triple etc.
